David Cohen is the CEO of CheckMark. David partnered with the foundation during level 5 of the COVID-19 Lockdown to raise funds to distribute food hampers to help those in need in Riverlea, South of Johannesburg. David did not only raise the funds to purchase over 2,000 hampers, he also assisted to distribute the hampers. Through this partnership, we distributed over 2,000 groceries, fresh fruit, veg, hygiene and baby hampers to the community in Riverlea. Upon hearing about the Hope to Heal Wellness centre, David stepped in to support the project, supplying beds and mattresses. David’s Daughter, Mical is also running a school project to collect toiletries.
