Riverlea Ext, Johannesburg South, one of the poorest communities due to high unemployment. 80% of the Community is suffering from mental health issues, substance abuse and HIV. Most of the children and adults are physically and sexually abused.

Hope to Heal Foundation Community Support Centre distributed food hampers to 50 families in Riverlea Ext.
